^sk0GO - A Routine to simulate the Flag 55/21 of the HP41 on the HP71.

^sk1It has always irritated me that the HP71 behaves differently when the HPIL 
Rom is plugged to when it is not with respect to the 'time' it takes to 'wake up'.
I realise that I could simply use OFFIO and RESTOREIO but that isn't good enough.
I wrote GO to simulate the situation in an HP41 when it is switched on, with or without
a printer connected. I have it as part of my STARTUP$ and so far it has worked.
