INDCP -- HP-41 programs for printing or displaying mass storage text files Several versions are provided to allow printing all HP-41/HP-71/HP-75 text files, to include HP-71 Secured files and HP-75 Text (not LIF1) files. Requirements : HP-41 with HP-IL module, plus either the eXtended I/O (XIO) or the HP-IL DEVelopment (DEVIL) ROMs. Program files : CPMM2, CP21, CPDEVIL, CPDEV2, CP75 Documentation files : CPDOC, CPDEVDOC, CP75DOC Description: All of these programs use an improved algorithm that handles "pad" bytes correctly. Previous versions assumed the pad byte was zero, which is no longer a valid assumption. These programs have been debugged but not optimized It should be possible to save significant bytes / improve speed. CPMM2 - the shortest. uses XIO, extended functions, only handles interchange files (filetype bytes 00 01 hex) CP21 - XIO, handles HP-71 Secured text files as well as Interchange files CPDEVIL - requires the DEVIL rom, handles HP-71 secured text as well as interchange files CPDEV2 - a shorter version of CPDEVIL that does not work with displays, or with the CMT RAMDISK. Provides insight into Auto Address Unconfigure mode. Does an excellent job of printing text files, will output to either an 80 col. HP-IL printer, or to an HP82166 Interface, or both. Allows any number of output device at once, even in excess of 31! CP75 - a version of CPDEVIL that handles ONLY HP-75 text files. Slow. HELP : Mike Markov, P.O. Box 17, Lockwood, New York 14859 USA
