GORS232 - A Routine to Simulate  Flag 55/21 of the HP41 on the HP71.

It has always irritated me that  the  HP71 behaves differently when the HPIL Rom
is plugged to when it is not with  respect  to the 'time' it takes to 'wake up'.
I  realise  that I could simply use OFFIO and  RESTOREIO  but  that  isn't  good
enough.   I  wrote GORS232 to simulate the situation  in  an  HP41  when  it  is
switched  on,  with or without a printer connected.  An earlier version appeared
on SWAPGB (catered for the THINKJET only) but this version allows for  a printer
such as the HP2227A attached to an RS232 to be  part of the loop.  It has worked
so far.
